Resident Evil 4 Remake: Separate Ways DLC Release Date

During the September 2023 State Of Play event, Capcom and Sony treated fans to an exciting Resident Evil 4 Remake trailer that showcased the Separate Ways DLC, starring Ada Wong. The Resident Evil 4 Remake Separate Ways DLC puts players in the shoes of Ada Wong, who has been tasked by none other than Albert Wesker and Luis Serra to locate Amber.

In the original Resident Evil 4, the Separate Ways mode was an unlockable expansion that allowed players to assume control of Ada Wong. Her journey intersected with the paths of Leon S. Kennedy and Luis Serra during the main campaign’s events.

This DLC not only provides insight into the events transpiring behind the scenes but also equips Ada with a grappling gun and various weapons from the base game, including the knife parry ability from Leon’s campaign. With the addition of Ada’s grappling gun, players can explore new locations, engage enemies from a distance, and execute ranged melee attacks, promising a more exhilarating and fast-paced gameplay experience.

Regrettably, the Separate Ways DLC is not free this time around. Although it was complimentary in the original Resident Evil 4, Capcom has confirmed that this narrative expansion will be available for purchase at a cost of $9.99 USD.

Resident Evil 4 Remake is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X. If you’re a fan of survival horror games, Resident Evil 4 Remake is an absolute must-play.

Don’t miss the chance to revisit the horror and thrills of the iconic Resident Evil series with this exciting DLC expansion. Mark your calendars for September 21, 2023, and prepare to join Ada Wong on a chilling new adventure in Resident Evil 4 Remake’s Separate Ways DLC.
