An upcoming update, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet version 2.0.2, is set to be released in October, addressing some minor but impactful bugs within the game, particularly concerning progression and interactions with Pokemon Home.

One of the issues to be resolved relates to a situation where, despite winning against a trainer on the field, the victory may not be recorded. Consequently, players might miss out on rewards for defeating specific trainers within the Paldea region, including “Pokémon League employees” and the “Demon Masks of Kitakami Village.”

The update also focuses on rectifying a problem concerning special Pokemon transfers from “Pokémon GO” to “Pokémon HOME.” In some cases, these transfers may have been mistakenly allowed, even if the Pokemon had been previously obtained in “Pokémon Scarlet/Violet” version 1.3.2 or earlier.

While these fixes may be considered minor, they are essential for ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable gameplay experience in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
