WWWave Corporation has revealed a new key visual and character video for the upcoming anime Chuhai Lips: Canned Flavor of Married Women, based on the manga by writer Chinjao Musume and artist Tama Nogami. The anime is set to premiere in July and will be released in two versions: a standard “broadcast edition” and an uncensored “Deregula edition.”
New character trailers are scheduled for release every Friday leading up to the anime’s debut. In the latest update, the production team announced the cast for the Deregula edition. Takahide Ishii will voice Tsuyoshi in the broadcast version, while Men Kaidō takes on the same role in the Deregula edition. Similarly, Yui Koriyama will be voiced by Shiho Kawaragi in the broadcast edition and Miyu Anno in the Deregula version.

Hajime Keima is directing the anime at animation studio raiose. Keima is also handling series composition. Yoriko Karei is in charge of character and color deshttpsign, Yutaka Aota is serving as art director, Tomohiro Hayashi is overseeing photography and editing, and Fumihiko Odera is the sound director.
The story follows Tsuyoshi, a college student who enjoys drinking strong canned chūhai. The narrative centers on his interactions with various married women, forming the basis of an omnibus-style plot. In Japanese, “chūhai” refers to a drink made from shōchū and carbonated water, originally short for “Shōchū Highball.”
The anime is being produced under WWWave’s Deregula label, which also produced Yandere Dark Elf: She Chased Me All the Way From Another World!
The manga was first serialized on Kodansha’s YanMaga Web in February 2021. Its third full-color volume was published in November 2024.
