Capcom has introduced a new fighter, A.K.I., to Street Fighter 6, making her available across all game modes, including the battle hub, world tour, and fighting ground. In the world tour mode, A.K.I. has master missions, and the update brings new NPCs and locations to the game. A.K.I. becomes the 20th master in Street Fighter 6’s world tour, enhancing the game’s extensive campaign mode.

A.K.I. has been added to the arcade mode in the fighting ground, and players can access various goods in the Battle Hub, including A.K.I. Outfit 2, A.K.I. colors 3-10, and Street Fighter League avatar gear. Additionally, the update includes support for Latin American Spanish in subtitles and text, expanding custom room display settings, and enhancing Training Mode features.

To prevent unintentional Super Arts, certain Super Art command input recognition frames have been shortened, requiring players to input commands faster. The update also includes various bug fixes and adjustments.

A.K.I. can be purchased for 350 fighter coins or as part of the Year 1 character pass or ultimate pass. Players can also test A.K.I. for an hour by redeeming a rental fighter ticket from the fighting pass. Capcom has plans to introduce Akuma and Ed in the future, with Rashid as the first DLC character recently added.
