The team behind the television adaptation of Ichika Isshiki’s renowned light novel series, “Berserk of Gluttony” (Bōshoku no Berserk: Ore Dake Level to Iu Gainen wo Toppa Suru), has just unveiled the anime’s final trailer. Additionally, fans can now enjoy the “Mattari Kaisetsu: Bōshoku no Berserk” (Relaxing Commentary: Berserk of Gluttony) mini anime series, which offers insights into various skills of the show’s characters and began streaming recently.
The first episode of “Mattari Kaisetsu: Bōshoku no Berserk” shines a spotlight on the anime’s main characters, Fate and Roxy. Please be aware that the video does not include English subtitles.
For enthusiasts eagerly awaiting the anime’s release, the opportunity to stream it arrives on October 1 through the U-NEXT and Anime Hōdai services. Subsequently, the series will make its television debut on October 4, airing on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, and BS11. Worldwide streaming, excluding Asia and India, will be available on Crunchyroll.

Tetsuya Yanagisawa, known for works like “High School DxD” and “Orient,” directs the anime at ACGT. Mariko Kunisawa, who has contributed to series like “Ascendance of a Bookworm” and “Orient,” supervises the series scripts. Takafumi Furusawa handles character design, and the opening theme song, “Jekyll & HYDE,” and the ending theme song, “Ao no Genseki,” will both be performed by EverdreaM, a musical duo featuring voice actresses Misato Matsuoka and Hitomi Sekine.

Additional staff members include fame as the original character designer, Shigeyuki Suga as the action director, Hidefumi Kimura as the prop designer, Tomomi Andō as the color designer, Maho Takahashi as the art setting specialist, Maika Hosoda and Eiji Iwase as art directors, Hiroaki Tanaka as the director of photography, and Motoki Niimi as the editor.
The anime features sound direction by Satoshi Yano, with sound effects by Hiromune Kurahashi. Yuichi Ohno handles the music, produced by HIAN and Daisuke “DAIS” Miyachi, with GENCO overseeing production.
Seven Seas Entertainment is responsible for releasing both the novel series and its manga adaptation in English. The narrative revolves around Fate Graphite, one of the forsaken, cursed with the skill “Gluttony,” and his quest to control his newfound power.
