Aniplex has treated fans to the seventh promotional video for the upcoming television adaptation of Nobuhiro Watsuki’s iconic manga, Rurouni Kenshin. This latest trailer provides a recap of the show’s first cours (quarter of a year) while also offering a glimpse of the second cours. Additionally, it features previews of the new opening theme song, “Rurou no Katashiro” by Masaki Suda x Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, and the ending theme song, “Sonzai Shōmei” (“Existence”) by KID PHENOMENON.
Accompanying this exciting update is a new visual that further stokes the anticipation of fans. The second cours of the anime is set to begin on October 5.
The series initially premiered on Fuji TV’s Noitamina programming block, captivating viewers from its first episode on July 6. It’s worth noting that this anime adaptation serves as a re-adaptation of the main manga series.
