Tatsuya Endō’s original manga, on which the anime is based, is published in English by Viz Media. The manga’s storyline revolves around a master spy, Twilight, who excels at undercover missions. However, his most challenging assignment yet is to get married and have a child to infiltrate an elite private school. Little does he know that his chosen wife is an assassin, and the adopted child is a telepath.
Shueisha is simultaneously publishing the manga in English on its MANGA Plus service. Viz Media also added the manga to its app as part of its Shonen Jump subscription in September 2019. Additionally, the manga inspired a stage musical adaptation in March-May 2023.
