A revealing statistic in Starfield showcased that a mere 3.28% of Xbox players have landed on 100 different planets, sparking discussions on the underlying reasons for this surprisingly low achievement. The game offers an array of 50 distinct achievements, each representing diverse activities and accomplishments, ranging from spacecraft construction to cosmic exploration and resource gathering.

The Boots on the Ground achievement, unlocked by landing on 100 planets without any additional actions, particularly intrigued players. Reddit user YaBoi_19’s discussion pondered the achievement’s rarity, hinting at the limited exploration engagement within the game. Participants suggested the game could benefit from more compelling temples and unique Points of Interest, expressing disappointment with existing temple encounters.

While players offered suggestions for potential improvements, some remained cautious about Bethesda’s ability to promptly address these concerns. Many advocated for a galaxy with fewer, more finely crafted systems and planets, prioritizing quality over quantity, akin to Starfield’s original vision. They emphasized the need for enhanced procedural generation to infuse more life into the universe.

Players collectively proposed that enriching planetary content would invigorate exploration, fostering a more dynamic and engaging universe. These insights stand as valuable feedback for Starfield’s ongoing development, aiming to entice players into deeper exploration and achievement pursuits.
