The Latest Splatfest in Splatoon 3 Concludes with Team Handshake Emerging Victorious, Despite Tough Competition

The recent Splatfest in Splatoon 3 has concluded, and Team Handshake emerged as the winner in the competition to determine the best kind of greeting. The victory was hard-fought, with Team Handshake narrowly surpassing Team Fist Bump and Team Hug in the battle for supremacy.
Splatfests have been a popular tradition in the Splatoon series, and Splatoon 3 continues this trend with its frequent events. The recent Splatfest showcased the dedication of players, even with a regional split.
During the Sneak Peek stage, Team Fist Bump took an early lead with 35.01%, outpacing Handshake’s 32.73% and Hug’s 32.26%. While Team Fist Bump also secured the Popularity vote with 47.91%, it was clear that popularity alone wouldn’t determine the overall winner.
Despite Team Fist Bump’s initial dominance, Team Handshake staged a comeback during the Open battles. Shiver’s Splatfest Team secured victories with 35.62% in Pro battles and 34.78% in Tricolor battles, accumulating a total of 30 points and ultimately clinching the win.
