The journey of Animal Crossing amiibo commenced with the initial release of Nintendo’s amiibo lineup in November 2014, marked by the debut of the Super Smash Bros. series. However, it wasn’t until September 2015 that the Animal Crossing line took shape with the introduction of the first wave of amiibo cards. Concurrently, Animal Crossing Amiibo figures made their debut in November 2015, aligning with the launch of Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival.
