Kai Cenat alters hospital plans upon learning about the surprise GTA 6 reveal following an injury during video filming.

During a recent video shoot, popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat sustained an injury, initially intending to seek medical care. However, upon learning about the surprise reveal of Grand Theft Auto 6, Cenat altered his plans, canceling the hospital visit and proceeding with his livestream on December 4 after a brief delay.

Known for streaming diverse games, GTA 5 and GTA Online have been recurring themes in Kai Cenat’s gaming broadcasts, contributing significantly to his Twitch content since joining the platform in 2021. Anticipating the GTA 6 reveal trailer originally set for December 5 at 9 am ET, the 21-year-old streamer was eager to witness the premiere.

Before the expected video release:

Kai Cenat suffered an injury while filming with his YouTube creator group AMP. A Twitter fan account, KaiMafiaUpdates, reported his hospitalization and the consequent cancellation of his December 4 broadcast, a statement seemingly confirmed by Cenat’s social media post expressing eagerness to return for the GTA 6 premiere. However, upon realizing that Rockstar had already released the GTA 6 trailer, Cenat decided to proceed with his planned stream, defying expectations set by earlier reports.

In a tweet hours before going live on Twitch, Cenat indicated a surprising return home, setting the stage for his reaction to the GTA 6 reveal. During his Twitch broadcast, he clarified that he hadn’t reached the hospital after deciding to turn back upon learning of the trailer’s release.

Addressing the injury, Cenat explained that it occurred during a physical segment while filming a hockey video with AMP, refraining from divulging specifics to avoid spoilers. He recounted the incident where he was pushed, resulting in a fall that caused his two front teeth to puncture his lip, leading to a visibly bloody scene.

Despite the injury, Cenat managed to stream his reaction to the GTA 6 reveal on the day of its launch. Concurrently, his collaborator Adin Ross suggested his involvement in GTA 6, without providing further details.
