An inventive fan of The Finals shares a humorous and clever strategy involving Guardian Turrets, high light the game’s unique game play.

A dedicated player of The Finals recently uncovered a novel strategy involving the game’s Guardian Turret ability, showcasing the title’s inventive game play mechanics. Known for its interactive environment and diverse set of gadgets and abilities, The Finals encourages players to experiment with inventive tactics.

The game offers an array of abilities and tools that allow players to customize their approach. Its renown comes from the destructible environment and the freedom it offers for using traps, sensors, and movement gadgets across the map. While this new trick pertains specifically to The Finals’ Medium class abilities, players across all classes can benefit from this amusing and practical strategy.

A Reddit user, El-hammudi21,

Shared a video on The Finals sub reddit demonstrating a team placing Guardian Turrets and an APS Turret on a chair, turning it into a mobile turret platform. This unique tactic transforms the chair into a rolling arsenal, offering both offensive fire power and defensive capabilities against enemy projectiles. While some cautioned about the strategy’s effectiveness due to the Guardian Turret’s lock-on time and limited field of fire, when coordinated with teammates, it becomes a surprisingly effective and entertaining tactic, especially if the turrets face the enemy.

Strategies like this highlight The Finals’ distinctive game play and the freedom it offers to players. Abilities like the Guardian Turret, initially seeming straight forward, can be utilized creatively, show casing the game’s physics and inventive possibilities. Beyond this, other abilities like The Finals’ Evasive Dash empower players to outmaneuver opponents, contributing to the game’s unique approach in the shooter genre.

The Finals has quickly gained popularity, amassing over ten million players within 15 days of its release. However, the game faced issues common to multi player shooters, notably cheating concerns, prompting the developers to reinforce the anti-cheat system.

Additionally, there have been complaints from PC players regarding the strength of aim assist for controller users, leading to perceived advantages over mouse-and-keyboard players. The development team is likely to address this concern, although the extent of modifications to The Finals’ aim-assist system remains uncertain.
