Fortnite’s Victory Cup events, particularly the Solo Victory Cash Cup, offer players the chance to win cash prizes, adding an extra layer of competition to the popular battle royale game. However, a frequent issue that players encounter is the disappearance of the Solo Victory Cash Cup from their game menu. This problem is especially frustrating since these events are only available for a limited period, potentially causing players to miss out on earning rewards. Below, we delve into solutions for this issue.

Understanding the Issue

The problem became prominent when a significant number of players, especially from the EU region, were unable to access the Solo Victory Cash Cup #8 Event on January 19th. Thankfully, the Fortnite team quickly acknowledged the issue and released a fix, extending the event duration to compensate for the lost time. Despite this fix, some players continue to face this problem.

Strategies for Resolving the Solo Victory Cash Cup Visibility Issue in Fortnite

1. Eligibility Requirements
  • Confirm you’re at least 13 years old.
  • Ensure your account is at least level 15.
  • Achieve a rank of Gold or higher.
  • Activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your Epic Games account.
  • Check that you’re in a region eligible for the event.
2. Party-Joining Workaround
  • Join and then leave the lobby of a friend who has access to the Victory Cup events.
  • Some players have reported that joining a friend’s lobby while they participate in the Zero Builds Cup can resolve the issue, particularly for PC users.
3. Game Update
  • Regularly restart the game and keep it updated. Follow Fortnite’s social media channels for the latest update information.
4. Verifying Game File Integrity
  • In the Epic Games Launcher, go to your game library and select Fortnite.
  • Click on the three dots next to the game icon, choose ‘Manage,’ and then click ‘Verify.’
  • The launcher will then repair any missing or corrupt files.

If you’ve tried all the above solutions and still encounter the issue, it’s recommended to contact Fortnite Support for further assistance. They can offer more specific troubleshooting advice and help address the problem more directly.
