The Palpagos Islands, a vast expanse of diverse biomes in Palworld, are teeming with unique creatures known as Pals, each endowed with distinct abilities. These creatures can be either befriended or hunted for various tasks around your base. We have previously explored the best Pals for transportation and mining, but the Lunaris stands out as a particularly elusive Neutral-type Pal, famed for its gravity-defying abilities. Let’s dive into the details about where to find Lunaris, its breeding combinations, and its various uses.

Locating Lunaris in Palworld

Capturing Lunaris is unlike finding other Pals. This elusive creature, a Level 32 Alpha Pal, is only found in the Sealed Realm of the Esoter dungeon on Sea Breeze Archipelago Island, located in the southern part of the map. Access the island via the Sea Breeze Archipelago Castaway Beach respawn point, then head northwest to reach the dungeon. It’s advisable to engage in this battle with Dark elemental Pals like Incineram, Tombat, Frostallion Noct, or Mau, and to be at least at level 30 for a fair fight. The Extraterrestrial Lunaris boasts 2,436 HP, so be prepared for a tough battle and bring plenty of Pal Spheres to ensure its capture.

Upon capture, Lunaris offers the Antigravity partner skill, increasing your max carrying capacity and enabling you to collect more items. It may also drop Paldium Fragments, crucial for creating more Pal Spheres.

Breeding Lunaris in Palworld

While direct capture involves defeating its Alpha form, Lunaris can also be bred using the game’s breeding system. The following combinations can result in a Lunaris offspring:

  • Dazzi + Robinquill
  • Celaray + Tocotoco
  • Celaray + Fuack
  • Melpaca + Fuack
  • Rooby + Direhowl
  • Caprity + Killamari
  • Celaray + Pengullet

After successful mating at a breeding farm, you’ll get a Large Common Egg, which needs to be incubated. Lunaris (Paldeck No 063) has these base stats:

  • HP: 90
  • Defense: 90
  • Melee: 80
  • Attack: 100
  • Food: 2

Lunaris has a work speed of 100, making it highly efficient for base tasks. Its work capabilities include:

  • Gathering Level 1
  • Transporting Level 1
  • Handiwork Level 3

While its Gathering and Transporting skills are modest, the Handiwork skill is notably effective for crafting items and building structures in your settlements.
