How to Obtain the Giant Gauntlet in Clash of Clans

Clash of Clans is a hugely popular mobile strategy game developed by Supercell. Despite being over a decade old, it remains engaging with frequent updates and new content.

This year, COC introduced several new Hero Equipment items, starting with the Giant Gauntlet. This Epic Hero Equipment, used by the Barbarian King, was first available during the Cookie Rumble event in December 2023.

What is the Giant Gauntlet?

The Giant Gauntlet is an Epic Hero Equipment that boosts the Barbarian King’s abilities. When activated, it increases his size, enhances his damage, reduces incoming damage, and provides healing to keep him in the fight longer.

How to Acquire the Giant Gauntlet

• Cookie Rumble Event: Originally, players could purchase the Giant Gauntlet for 3,100 Cookie Medals during the Christmas event.
• Trader Tab: Now, it is available in the Trader Tab for 1,500 Gems.

Using the Giant Gauntlet

Once activated, the Giant Gauntlet lasts for 12 seconds, reducing damage taken by 15% and increasing DPS by 17%. These stats can be further improved through upgrades.

Upgrading the Giant Gauntlet

• Upgrade Resources: Upgrade the Giant Gauntlet in the Blacksmith Building using Shiny, Glowy, or Starry Ores.
• How to Get Ores: Earn Ores by completing Star Bonus and Clan Wars or buy them from in-game shops. You can also trade gems for Ores, though it can be costly.
• Requirements: You need to be at least Town Hall 8 to unlock and upgrade the Giant Gauntlet in the Blacksmith Building.
