Clash of Clans, developed by Supercell, remains a popular mobile strategy game after more than a decade, thanks to regular updates and new content. One of the latest additions in 2023 is the Giant Gauntlet, an Epic Hero Equipment for the Barbarian King, introduced during the Cookie Rumble event in December.
The Giant Gauntlet enhances the Barbarian King’s abilities by increasing his size, boosting his damage output by 17%, reducing incoming damage by 15%, and adding a healing effect that keeps him in battle longer. The Gauntlet’s base ability lasts for 12 seconds, but these stats can be upgraded.
During the Cookie Rumble event, players could buy the Giant Gauntlet for 3,100 Cookie Medals, the event-exclusive currency. If you missed out, don’t worry — Supercell has made the Giant Gauntlet available in the Trader Tab for 1,500 Gems. Though it’s a bit expensive, the item is highly valuable for boosting your Barbarian King in battle.
To further enhance the Giant Gauntlet, players can upgrade it at the Blacksmith Building using Shiny, Glowy, or Starry Ores. These Ores can be earned by completing Star Bonus challenges, Clan Wars, or purchased in-game. You can also trade gems for Ores in the Blacksmith Building, but this option can be costly.
