League of Legends Patch 13.19 is set to launch on September 27, 2023, with a focus on fine-tuning the game for the Worlds 2023 competition. Following the positive reception of Patch 13.18, Riot Games is preparing to address specific balance concerns and make minor adjustments.

Champion buffs are a significant part of this update, aiming to improve the performance of selected champions. Galio, Gangplank, Jhin, Lee Sin, Nunu & Willump, Pyke, Syndra, Twitch, and Ziggs are all in line for various buffs, each intended to enhance their gameplay without causing imbalance.

On the other hand, champion nerfs are also on the horizon. Rek’Sai, benefiting significantly from Stridebreaker, will see adjustments to reduce her oppressive presence. Renekton and Zeri will undergo slight nerfs to introduce more counterplay and balance into the game.

System-wise, Randuin’s Omen’s cost will be reduced to enhance its gold efficiency, making it a more attractive choice against Critical strike-based builds. Seeker’s Armguard’s armor value will increase to provide better protection for AP champions against AD damage dealers.

Finally, the “La Ilusión” skins will debut in Patch 13.19, featuring seven unique skins for champions like Draven, Gnar, Nidalee, Qiyana, Renata Glasc, Prestige Renata Glasc, and Ziggs.

Overall, Patch 13.19 aims to maintain game balance, ensuring a competitive and engaging experience for League of Legends players during the Worlds 2023 event.
