In Starfield, assembling a reliable crew is essential for the success of your spacefaring adventures. This guide will walk you through the process of recruiting crew members, enhancing your spaceship and outposts, and locating potential recruits in various star systems.
Recruiting Crew in Starfield
One of the key aspects of Starfield is building a skilled and diverse crew to join you on your interstellar journeys. These crew members not only bolster the capabilities of your ship but also contribute to the development and management of your outposts. Here’s how you can recruit crew members effectively in the game:
1. Visit Local Bars: Throughout the universe of Starfield, you can discover crew members in various bars scattered across different star systems. While the recruitment process might seem random, there are some reliable locations where you can find potential allies early on.
2. New Atlantis: This bustling hub is a great place to start your crew recruitment efforts. As soon as you land, head to the port area where you’ll find a stylish bar. Inside, you’ll encounter a mission terminal and several individuals whom you can recruit. These early recruits might share a similar appearance, making them easier to spot.
3. The Well: Located within New Atlantis, The Well is another establishment where you can find potential crew members. Although smaller than the first bar, it’s still a promising place to discover crewmates.
4. Cydonia: Inside the Cydonia colony, there’s yet another bar where you can expand your crew. This location typically hosts a couple of recruits eager to join your adventures.
By following these recruitment tips, you can amass a skilled and dedicated crew that will enhance your spaceship’s capabilities and contribute to the success of your outposts. Stay tuned for more Starfield guides to help you navigate the cosmos effectively.
