A new key visual has been unveiled for the highly anticipated second season of High Card, scheduled to premiere in January 2024. This captivating visual spotlights the prominent members of the High Card group.

The inaugural season of High Card made its debut on January 9, 2023, treating viewers to a thrilling 12-episode run. The anime series is under the direction of Junichi Wada (known for Sakugan), featuring original character designs by illustrator Ebimo. Nozomi Kawano (credited for Radiant) serves as the character designer, with Naoki Kuroyanagi (script manager for Rent a Girlfriend Season 2) taking on the role of series screenwriter. The captivating card designs are courtesy of BALCOLONY, while Shunpei Mochizuki (character designer for Sakugan) and Junichi Hayama (main animator for Golden Kamuy) assume the roles of main animators and action animation directors.
The talented Takashi Hashimoto (co-effects animation director for Fate/Grand Order The Movie Divine Realm of the Round Table: Camelot Wandering; Agateram) leads as the main animator and effects animation director. Studio Hibari is once again at the helm of animation production.
The main voice cast features Gen Satou as Finn Oldman, Toshiki Masuda as Chris Redgrave, Shun Horie as Leo Constantine Pinochle, Haruka Shiraishi as Wendy Sato, and Yuuichirou Umehara as Vijay Kumar Singh.

High Card is a significant component of a multimedia endeavor, jointly managed by TMS Entertainment, Kadokawa, and Sammy, and initially unveiled in June 2021. This extensive project encompasses drama CDs, a manga adaptation, and a light novel. Homura Kawamoto, renowned as the author of Kakegurui, and Hikaru Muno, recognized for the Kakegurui Trip and Kakegurui Joker light novels, are attributed with conceiving and creating the series.
