In the buff category, champions like Galio, Jinx, Milio, Morgana, and Ziggs are getting some much-needed improvements. Riot Games aims to give Galio a bit more help without disrupting his matchups against mages.

On the nerf side, champions like Akshan, Bel’Veth, Kai’Sa, Quinn, and Zed are targeted. Riot acknowledges Bel’Veth’s early game strength and plans a broad nerf without affecting crit/on-hit damage.

Jungle changes will be a major part of this patch, affecting elements like Smite, jungle camp health, Scuttle Crab rewards, and jungler healing anti-poaching. Snowball reduction updates will address aspects such as individual Dragon rewards, Dragon Soul, Rift Herald gold, death timers, turret plates, runes, and Baron HP.

While these changes aim to enhance the game’s health, some players find it challenging to adapt to bi-weekly updates. Pro player Luka “Perkz” Perković noted that these frequent changes can disrupt preparation for major events.

LoL Patch 13.20 is scheduled for release on October 11, with different roll-out times for regions. Players can expect downtime for maintenance before the patch becomes available.
