As the League of Legends World Championship approaches, Riot Games’ balancing team is already hard at work preparing for the upcoming preseason with Patch 13.20. This patch brings substantial buffs to five champions, with Jinx, Galio, Milio, Morgana, and Ziggs standing out as the fortunate recipients.

League gameplay designer Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison shared the full list of buffs and nerfs scheduled for Patch 13.20 on October 10. While Ziggs and Galio receive buffs aimed at improving their Q and W spells, respectively, the spotlight shines on Jinx, Milio, and Morgana.

Morgana is expected to make a comeback in the jungle due to her Tormented Shadow now dealing 165 percent damage to monsters. Her ultimate, Soul Shackles, will not only increase her movement speed but also stun enemies for a longer duration and deal more damage.

Jinx is set to receive significant buffs to her Super Mega Death Rocket!, but the most exciting change is to her passive. She will now be able to stack attack speed on kills, granting her increased attack speed with each enemy she eliminates.

Milio, who initially had a moment in the spotlight upon release, is also receiving attention. Riot is restoring some of his healing and shielding power to his E and R abilities, addressing areas where he needed improvement.
