The access token, a critical item for this endeavor, is acquired by looting Adam Smasher after the climactic showdown. It can be somewhat challenging to locate within V’s inventory, typically found toward the bottom of the backpack alongside other quest items. The access token explicitly states that it is the key to a room on the Ebunike, providing a vital clue about the stash’s whereabouts. Access to this area becomes possible only after finishing the game and reloading the save.

Return to the Ebunike:

The Ebunike is the ship that V and Rogue infiltrate during the “Chippin’ In” side mission, involving an intense battle against Maelstrom gang members while on the hunt for Adam Smasher.
