- Begin the Ghost Town Mission:
After completing the opening heist, players must help V find a cure for the Relic. Ghost Town serves as one of the primary missions in Act Two. Meet with Rogue at the Afterlife and inquire about an ex-Arasaka employee, for which she demands $10,000 as payment. Return with the money and wait 24 hours before speaking to her again. She will then direct players to a helpful Nomad. - Assist Panam:
Panam, the in-need Nomad, requires V’s assistance in reclaiming her truck before she agrees to provide further help. Accompany her to the Nomad camp, where she prepares to confront the Wraiths who betrayed her. Together with V, Panam will journey to Rocky Ridge to restore power to the ghost town. Defeat the group of Wraiths to retrieve Panam’s stolen truck. - Navigate the Ghost Town Choice:
After recovering the truck, Panam seeks revenge. Players can choose to support her plan and accompany her to attack Nash at the nearby Wraith tunnel hideout, or they can reject this proposal, indicating that revenge was not part of the initial agreement. - Reach the Rogue Ending:
Rejecting the Wraith hideout plan results in completing the deal, leaving Panam resentful. Following the mission, Rogue will message V, offering the Bandit as a reward for maintaining professionalism. The player will receive the Quartz Bandit mission and can collect the vehicle from the Nomad Fixer Dakota’s garage. - Reach the Panam Ending:
Choosing to join Panam in killing Nash triggers an angry response from Rogue. Instead, El Capitan will send a text a few days after completing Ghost Town.
