Regarding content, Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 is expected to follow the pattern of previous Modern Warfare 2 seasons. A recent announcement at the CoD Next event confirmed the addition of three new 6v6 maps at the beginning of Season 1. While the initial launch may not include a ranked ladder, it’s worth noting that ranked play is expected to be introduced in Season 1.
