Blizzard Entertainment’s latest addition to the Diablo franchise, Diablo 4, has brought players an invaluable resource: the Training Dummy. This innovative feature is rapidly becoming a must-have for adventurers worldwide. As players prepare to face the menacing threats of Sanctuary, the Training Dummy emerges as an essential tool for testing and refining character abilities and builds. Located within the secure confines of the fortified city of Kyovashad, The Training Grounds provide a sanctuary where these dummies await, offering adventurers of all levels an opportunity to prepare for the horrors of the world.
The Training Dummy in Diablo 4 is a practical asset for combat preparation. Players can challenge themselves against dummies emulating various levels of difficulty, from common foes to formidable bosses. They can fine-tune their combat strategies by configuring the dummies for single or multiple target engagements using an interactive statue for difficulty adjustments. This feature underscores the game’s innovative approach, allowing players to enhance their skills in a controlled environment away from the chaos of real combat. But where exactly can players find this valuable training tool?
Where to Find the Training Dummy in Diablo 4:

To embark on your quest to locate the Training Dummy, you must first make your way to the city of Kyovashad. Within this city, you’ll find the Training Grounds nestled in the northeastern corner. Once at the Training Grounds, simply step inside, as players of all levels can enter to test their combat abilities. Inside this sanctuary, you’ll find a stash, a Training Dummy, and a statue.
The stash allows you to effortlessly switch up your gear to suit your desired build without needing to leave the area. Armed with the equipment for your preferred build, you can begin your training by engaging the Training Dummy. However, there’s an additional feature that allows you to further refine your skills.

By interacting with the statue located within the Training Grounds, a menu will appear, offering five types of Dummies:

- Normal Training Dummy
- Elite Training Dummy
- Boss Training Dummy
- Single Training Dummy
- Multiple Training Dummy
Training Dummies offer diverse scenarios to test your builds, allowing you to refine skills for various situations effectively. Create scenarios with Elite enemies, bosses, or normal adversary groups to evaluate your build’s effectiveness using this flexibility.
