The highly anticipated anime, “Go, Go, Loser Ranger!” (also known as “Sentai Daishikkaku” in Japanese), has thrilled fans with the release of an extended trailer. While some footage remains consistent with the promotional video from last month, an additional 45 seconds have been added, resulting in a nearly two-minute-long trailer. This extended footage provides a glimpse into the actors portraying the Divine Dragon Rangers.
The cast features Yūichi Nakamura as Red Keeper, Go Inoue as Blue Keeper, Kensho Ono as Yellow Keeper, Kousuke Toriumi as Green Keeper, and M.A.O as Pink Keeper. Previously announced actors include Yūsuke Kobayashi as Fighter D, Daishi Kajita as Hibiki Sakurama, and Yumika Yano as Yumeko Suzukiri.
Set to release sometime next year, the anime is helmed by director Keiichi Satō, renowned for his work on “Tiger & Bunny.” Responsible for series composition is Keiichirō Ōchi, known for his contributions to “The Quintessential Quintuplets” and “The Demon Girl Next Door.” The animation is produced by Yostar Pictures, recognized for their involvement in titles such as “Arknights: Prelude to Dawn” and “Azur Lane Queen’s Orders.” Director Satō assumed the role of creative director at Yostar Pictures in 2021.
Adapted from Negi Haruba’s manga “Go, Go, Loser Ranger,” published in America by Kodansha USA Publishing, the anime unfolds the tale of the Divine Dragon Rangers who gained fame thirteen years ago during the Monster Army invasion of Earth. However, as the war progressed, it was revealed that the invaders were subjugated, compelled to produce a monster each week for the Rangers to defeat in front of their fans. One disgruntled monster decides to rebel against the Dragon Rangers, aiming to dismantle them from the inside.
Fans can anticipate an enticing blend of action, humor, and unexpected twists in this upcoming anime adventure, promising a unique narrative in the world of superhero sentai.
