Arrowhead Game Studios Unveils PC Specs and Key Multiplayer Functionality for Helldivers 2
Sony recently shared details about the PC version of Helldivers 2, the highly anticipated cooperative multiplayer shooter from Arrowhead Game Studios. The game is set to release on February 8, 2024, for both PC and PS5. In addition to revealing the PC system requirements, Arrowhead confirmed a significant multiplayer feature: crossplay between players on PS5 and PC.
Originally known for its top-down twin-stick arcade shooter style, the sequel, Helldivers 2, adopts a third-person shooter format. The release date was also shifted from 2023 to the aforementioned date.
In a PlayStation Blog post, Arrowhead outlined the PC requirements players need to meet to enjoy Helldivers 2 and highlighted the major inclusion of cross-platform play.
