- Northwestern Side of Plateau of Beginnings:
- Head west from the Plateau of Beginnings, past the Fort Ruins, and north of the Rayne Syndicate Tower Entrance teleport point.
- Southwestern Coast near Small Settlement:
- Travel to the Small Settlement fast travel point and head southwest along the coast. Alternatively, approach from the Seabreeze Archipelago Church teleport point, requiring a Water-type Pal to traverse the seas.
- Near Desolate Church:
- Teleport to the Desolate Church point and follow the path toward the Abandoned Mineshaft to locate this Black Marketeer.
- Eastern Wild Island, North of Desert Biome:
- Found in the Eastern Wild Island, just below the desert biome. Teleport to the Eastern Wild Island point and head west towards an Isolated Island Cavern.
- Large Green Island in Northern Central Region:
- Explore the large green island in the northern central region, south of the Sealed Realm of Swift, near the end of the Frostbound Mountains.
- West of Mount Flopie Summit:
- Head west from Mount Flopie Summit to discover this Black Marketeer, located just past a Mountain Stream Grotto.
