Apple’s much-anticipated keynote event today unveiled not only the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max but also took gamers by surprise with the announcement of popular titles coming to these new devices. In an unexpected move, Apple revealed that Resident Evil 4 (Remake), Resident Evil Village, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, and Death Stranding are all slated to make their way to the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, as reported by IGN.

While the presentation left many hungry for more details, Apple did tantalize the audience with a glimpse of these iconic games running on a virtual iPhone 15 Pro. However, the crucial gameplay footage was notably absent, leaving enthusiasts to wonder about the experience these titles will offer on the upcoming iPhones.

The method of gameplay remains a point of intrigue. Given Apple’s history of supporting various controllers through Bluetooth connectivity, including PlayStation DualSense and Xbox Series X/S gamepads, it’s reasonable to assume that these games will be best enjoyed with a controller in hand, enhancing the immersive experience on the new devices.

The performance of these games on the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max remains to be seen. Apple has announced that both Resident Evil titles and Death Stranding will be available on the phones later this year, while Assassin’s Creed Mirage is expected to make its debut in the first half of 2024, according to information provided by IGN.

Resident Evil 4 Remake made waves earlier this year with its modern take on the classic survival horror game, while Capcom’s Resident Evil Village captivated players in 2021 with its captivating storyline and stunning visuals. Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the latest installment in the beloved franchise, has been generating significant buzz, and it is scheduled for release on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC on October 5.

Apple’s foray into the world of gaming on mobile devices is a significant development, and fans of these blockbuster titles are eagerly awaiting more information about how these games will perform and what the gameplay experience will be like on the cutting-edge iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. With the promise of top-tier gaming experiences on the horizon, the gaming community’s excitement is palpable as they look forward to immersing themselves in these beloved worlds on their Apple devices. This marks a new era of iPhone gaming and mobile gaming revolution, and it’s set to redefine how we experience games on the go.
