Arzest and SEGA present “Sonic Superstars,” a thrilling 2D side-scrolling platformer now available for PC and various consoles. Iconic characters Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy Rose wield new Emerald powers, including Vision, enhancing movement and combat.
In “Sonic Superstars,” players will embark on a quest through the North Star Islands, tackling 12 different Zones that offer a range of environments, from lush jungles to vibrant carnivals and lofty sky areas. The classic elements of springs, vertical loops, and the beloved collectible rings make a triumphant return.
Of course, our heroes face their perennial nemesis, Doctor Eggman, along with his dastardly machines. On the horizon, new challenges emerge in the form of Fang the Hunter and malevolent newcomer, Trip the Sungazer.
For those seeking a shared experience, the “Sonic Superstars” campaign offers local multiplayer for up to four players, allowing friends to drop in and enjoy the adventure together. Collectible medals add an extra layer of fun by providing opportunities for character customization.
