Gameloft’s Disney Dreamlight Valley goes premium to ensure continued high-quality gameplay experience, promises free content updates.

After a year in early access, Gameloft has unveiled that Disney Dreamlight Valley will officially launch on December 5th, marking an exciting milestone for fans of the enchanting world. However, the big twist is that it will no longer be a free-to-play title, a shift from its previous description.
The commitment to retaining the title as a paid game comes with the promise of continued free content updates. The developer intends to introduce fresh characters, realms, clothing, furniture, and more delightful surprises to enrich players’ experiences. Moonstones, which players can acquire through Dream Snaps, Chests, or optional purchases, will remain available to enhance the gameplay.
In the lead-up to the official launch, existing players with saved files will maintain access to their games and Moonstones. This transition promises to align with players’ expectations for quality and maintain fairness.
For those eager to explore the different editions of the game post-launch, the full blog post provides details on various packages designed for new players, as well as special offers for the early access supporters.
On November 1st at 1 pm ET, Gameloft plans to hold a game showcase, unveiling the upcoming Expansion Pass, new features, and the much-anticipated multiplayer options.
