To welcome the transition of seasons, Pokémon Go is set to host an enticing Harvest Festival from October 12th to October 17th, 2023. Trainers are encouraged to keep an eye out for grass-type Pokémon, with the spotlight shining on the debut of the Smoliv family.

The announcement has electrified Pokémon Go fans, igniting their anticipation for this delectable event. The Pokémon Go Harvest Festival promises a cornucopia of bonuses and surprises. Here’s a comprehensive overview of what we know so far:

Pokémon Go Harvest Festival: Event Date, Time & Details This grand festival kicks off at 10 am local time on October 12th, 2023, and concludes at 8:00 pm local time on October 17th, 2023. This global celebration aims to unite Pokémon fans in the joy of the seasonal shift as winter approaches.

Trainers are buzzing with excitement as they prepare to dive into this special Pokémon Go event, and there’s plenty to savor. Let’s explore everything the festival has in store, beginning with the featured Pokémon lineup:

Featured Pokémon in the Harvest Festival Event During the event, you can expect to encounter the following Pokémon more frequently in the wild:

  • Bellsprout
  • Exeggcute
  • Sunkern
  • Wurmple
  • Combee
  • Sewaddle
  • Cottonee
  • Petilil
  • Flabebe (Red) – Europe, Middle East, and Africa
  • Flabebe (Blue) – Asia-Pacific Region
  • Flabebe (Yellow) – Americas
  • Pumpkaboo
  • Bounsweet
  • Smoliv

Smoliv’s Debut The brand-new grass-type Pokémon, Smoliv, will make its debut during this festival. You’ll also have the opportunity to collect Smoliv Candy to evolve this delightful creature into its successors, Dolliv and Arboliva.

To evolve Smoliv, you’ll need:

  • 25 Smoliv Candy to evolve Smoliv into Dolliv.
  • 100 Smoliv Candy to evolve Dolliv into Arboliva.

Harvest Festival-themed Field Research Completing Harvest Festival-themed Field Research will unlock encounters with Pokémon such as Burmy (Plant), Burmy (Sandy), Burmy (Trash), Pumpkaboo, and Smoliv.

Ticket of Treats Paid Research Pokémon Go has Halloween in mind with an event-exclusive paid Timed Research as part of the in-game Tickets of Treats event. Players can purchase the Ticket of Treats for $5 USD from the in-game shop.

Completing the research tasks will reward you with encounters featuring Pumpkaboo and a Mossy Lure Module. Keep in mind that this research is event-exclusive, and tasks will expire on October 31st at 8 pm local time.

Additional Exciting Bonuses Pokémon Go is offering event collection challenges, as well as special Pokéstops during the festival. Completing the Harvest Festival Collection Challenge will earn you XP, Stardust, and Mossy Lure Modules.

The Harvest Festival Pokéstop at select Showcase locations will grant you the chance to encounter and potentially capture Pokémon like Smoliv, Pumpkaboo, or Gourgeist.

Trainers will also have the option to purchase and gift tickets to their Pokémon Go friends with a friendship level of Great Friends or higher. Get ready to immerse yourself in the world of Pokémon Go as this exciting event unfolds.”
