The Pokémon GO Out to Play event introduces Shiny Hisuian Growlithe and its evolution, Shiny Hisuian Arcanine, both of which are highly sought after by players. These dual Fire and Rock-type Pokémon come with potent movesets and stats, making them valuable additions to trainers’ collections. The event also features other Shiny Pokémon like Shiny Lechonk, Shiny Fomantis, Shiny Onix, Shiny Psyduck, and more, offering players additional opportunities to encounter rare creatures.

Shiny Hisuian Growlithe and Shiny Hisuian Arcanine can be obtained in various ways during the event. These Pokémon have a maximum CP of 1495 and a balanced stat distribution of 142 (ATK), 92 (DEF), and 155 (STA). Players have the chance to hatch Shiny Hisuian Growlithe from 2 KM and 7 KM Eggs, although the encounter isn’t guaranteed. The hatch rate for Shiny Hisuian Growlithe increases during the event, providing players with a better chance of obtaining one.

Additionally, the event offers event-exclusive Field Research and Timed Research quests. These quests, along with the purchasable Timed Research called “Tails of Adventure,” provide opportunities to encounter Shiny Hisuian Growlithe. While the encounter isn’t guaranteed in these research tasks, players can increase their chances by completing more quests and encountering more Hisuian Growlithe.

To evolve Shiny Hisuian Growlithe into Shiny Hisuian Arcanine, players must collect 50 Candy. While Candy can be obtained in various ways, players should be aware that Shiny Hisuian Arcanine cannot be directly obtained from eggs or research tasks. Instead, evolving a Shiny Hisuian Growlithe is the path to acquiring this rare Pokémon.
