Garena has officially announced the global release date for the highly anticipated mobile game, “Black Clover M: Rise of the Wizard King,” set to launch on November 30 for both iOS and Android platforms. This announcement comes after a delay in the game’s release to ensure optimal quality, with the original schedule aiming for the first half of 2023.

Players can expect an immersive experience featuring the original Japanese and English voice casts. Subtitles will be available in multiple languages, including English, Mexican Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, French, Traditional Chinese, Thai, and Indonesian.

Free-to-Play Model with In-App Purchases

Notably, “Black Clover M: Rise of the Wizard King” has been a subject of much anticipation, given its association with the popular “Black Clover” franchise. The game is free-to-play, with in-app purchases providing additional content.

The “Black Clover” franchise has a history in the gaming world, with Bandai Namco Entertainment releasing the “Black Clover Phantom Knights” smartphone game in Japan in November 2018. However, the English-language version concluded its service in December 2020.

The original manga, created by Yūki Tabata, has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since February 2015. Both Viz Media and Shueisha’s MANGA Plus service publish the manga digitally.

The anime adaptation of “Black Clover” premiered in Japan in October 2017, garnering significant popularity. The series, originally listed for 51 episodes, extended beyond that initial count, concluding with its 170th episode in March 2021. Crunchyroll streamed the anime in Japanese with English subtitles, and Funimation handled the English dub. Adult Swim’s Toonami programming block also featured the series.

Adding to the franchise’s success, “Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King,” the film adaptation, premiered in Japan on June 16 and was globally released on Netflix the same day. The film faced delays from its initial March 31 release due to COVID-19-related production challenges. A novel adaptation of the film was also released on June 9.
