Following the successful conclusion of The Final Showdown BGMI event, Upthrust Esports introduces another high-stakes Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) tournament, The Patriot Cup. This eight-day event not only brings together 24 competitive teams but also features a lucrative prize pool of INR 8 Lakhs, along with special awards for standout individual and team performances.

Introduction to The Patriot Cup

The Patriot Cup, organized by Upthrust Esports, promises to be a battleground where strategies collide and skills are put to the ultimate test.

Qualification and Team Lineup

The tournament began with an open qualifier, where 512 teams battled for a spot in the Semi Finals. Out of these, the top 5 teams have now advanced to this crucial stage. The Semi Finals feature 24 teams, grouped into three sections, each containing 8 teams. These teams will play across four days, with each day consisting of six matches, ensuring an intense and action-packed tournament.

Point System and Scoring

The Patriot Cup adopts a scoring system based on the PUBG Mobile Esports guidelines, with a unique twist. The team that secures the chicken dinner will receive 10 points, a change from the usual 15, with a descending point scale for lower ranks. Points will be awarded as follows:
